Analysis on Strategic Management in Higher Vocational College

Abstract

The characteristics of strategic management theory are very enlightening, management can broaden decision-making management in the strategic vision, lead decision-maker to reach perfection in strategic thinking, and strengthen the hierarchy of decision-makers in strategic logic. Strategic management is not only dominant in the enterprise, but also useful in the management of higher vocational colleges. This paper simply analyzes the strategic management with the background of higher vocational colleges, analyzes the importance of strategic management and the selection policy of strategic management in higher vocational colleges, and use innovative thinking to make up for the innovative problems in the management of higher vocational colleges.
