Faktoring İle Forfaiting’in Dünya’da ve Türkiye’de Geldiği Nokta Ve Gelişim Potansiyeli

Abstract

Certain rules and financial techniques have been developed for the healthy realization of international trade. Factoring and forfaiting are among these alternative financing techniques. Factoring is the process of buying the acquire rights of large amount of credit selling enterprises by the organizations so called factor or factoring companies. Forfaiting is defined as the sale of receivables arising from the export of investment goods and services without recourse to the sellerexporter. Nowadays, these alternative financing methods are used all over the world. The aim of this study is to examine factoring and forfaiting financing techniques and provide information about the situation of these two methods in the world and in Turkey
