Abstract

Welcome all to the 69th IEEE Broadcast Technology Symposium being held in Hartford CT. We look forward to three days of informative presentations on the latest in Radio and Television Technology. We are pleased to inform and educate our members and guests on the current state of broadcast technology and what the future of broadcast technology may look like. As the 2019 Chairman of the IEEE BTS Symposium along with the co-chair Rich Chernock we would like to thank all of the members of the symposium planning committee, the members of the IEEE staff, Amanda Temple, Jennifer Barbato and Margaux Toral and especially our sponsors for making this possible.
