Abstract

This study was aims to know whether there is or no increase of critical thinking skills and whether there is or no of students’ taught using the POE learning model and guided inquiry learning models on the material elasticity. The type of research used was quasi-experimental. Sampling using purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an increase in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students taught using the POE learning model and guided inquiry learning model.
