Abstract

This paper discusses the power quality of the network. It will focus on three parameters: power factor correction, harmonics filtering, and unstable voltage and frequency. Mathematical calculations will be presented in this paper to show the advantages of improving these parameters and the consequences of improper design for it. Moreover, two case studies will be discussed to prove the mathematical calculation and simulate the network before and after improving the power quality parameters.
