Therefore, this paper presents a tower grounding resistance on-line measurement methods by injecting multi-frequency current. By injecting different frequency current into the tower grounding body and analyzing surface magnetic flux density, the buried position of grounding body can be detected, so as to ensure vertical pole distribution. By injecting multi-frequency current, taking the measurement tower grounding resistance values at different frequencies, fitting the measured values, the exact value can be obtained. Abstract
At present, the main problems for tower grounding resistance measurement are the unknown position of the tower grounding body, the inefficiency of the measurement, the large error of the measurement and so on. Therefore, this paper presents a tower grounding resistance on-line measurement methods by injecting multi-frequency current.
