Abstract

Phil Bretherton, PhD is Professor of Enterprise Development and Head of the School of Law and Business at Charles Darwin University, Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. His main research interests are in organisational performance and economic development. Prior to moving to CDU Professor Bretherton held the positions of Associate Dean Research and Deputy Dean at Central Queensland University. He is also a member of the Australian Business Deans’ Council and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Academy of Marketing Science.
