Therefore, the supervision and analysis the performance of fiber optic networks becomes most important to guarantee the proper functioning of network transmission. In this paper, we will present a new simulator for fiber optics which detect and localize fiber defects and anomalies with Geographic Information System (GIS), and analysis the performance of optical system using bit error rate (BER) analyzer. Abstract
