This study aims to measure and determine: (1) the influence of leadership on employee exit intentions; (2) The effect of job involvement on the intention to leave employees; (3) The effect of financial compensation on the intention to leave the Jepara Indah Hotel employees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study are permanent employees at Hotel Jepara Indah, amounting to 52 people. The sampling technique used the census method. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Abstract
