Application of the Cognitive Approach for IT Project Management and Implementation

Abstract

The article describes the principles and methods of the cognitive approach to project management. Cognitive analysis and its content are analyzed. The essence of the cognitive system is considered, and developed cognitive map is chosen and described as a cognitive model, the method of its construction and application. The advances and main tools of cognitive modeling are described for IT project management and implementation. Cognitive map of project implementation is considered as a useful method for IT projects.
