The tools and equipment used for companies to achieve their goals and increase their performance have an important role in this sector. Choosing the right tools and equipment in the production process is important in terms of reducing costs, increasing efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction with the right product design. In this study, the problem of choosing a drill for a company that operating in the furniture industry is discussed. It is aimed to choose the most suitable drill for the business by using the Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product Method. As a result of literature review and interviews with experts, 6 main criteria were determined for this drill selection. Simple scoring technique was used to determine the criterion weights, and alternatives were listed using two different MCDM methods.
