In the view of the weakness of the power grid, the key indexes are selected to evaluate the power grid planning projects. Abstract

Network planning is a complicated and arduous project, with a large scale of uncertain factors and a wide range of characteristics. Based on the technical characteristics of the power grid, a scientific and comprehensive index system is established in this paper.
