Abstract

Fall pipe rock dumping technology is widely used in the development of offshore oil, but there is not precedent for submarine cables in China. It is high requirements in positioning accuracy and stability and to carry out a rock dumping protection work for submarine cables, and it is important to pay attention to the impact stress of rock dumping to the submarine cables. In this paper, a fall pipe rock dumping scheme is proposed for the exposed and suspended submarine cables of 500kV Hainan power grid interconnection project, and the stability of rock dump is analyzed, and the impact stress to the submarine cables is calculated and verified, the application of fall pipe rock dumping technology in repairing exposed and suspended submarine cables of the project is introduced, it is also the first successful application in submarine cables in China.
落管抛石技术在外露悬吊海底电缆修复中的应用
