Abstract

Based on the analysis of radar images acquired from Sentinel-1A/B satellites in 2021, the monitoring of oil spills from ships in the Korea Strait was carried out. It was found that the level of oil pollution is 2.7 times higher than for the entire exclusive economic zone of Japan.
