An analysis of maintaining an innovative environment for employees in three world countries shows that the atmosphere that employees need to show their creative potential is not created everywhere. For effective innovative activity of an enterprise, it is necessary to create not only an innovative environment and encourage employees, but also give a significant role to personal qualities. There are several different categories of people who reveal the degree of manifestation of innovative activity.
