Abstract
Due to their structural flexibility, amorphous chalcogenide glasses, for example as2s3, show a variety of photoinduced effects, such as refractive index change and photodarkening. Bragg gratings1 and photoinduced integrated optical devices2 have already been fabricated by near bandgap light exposure (~500 nm).
