Abstract

The Algerian Ministry of Microenterprise's action plan, which has been in operation since 2020, aims to support the creation of new start-ups (Ministerial Council, 2020). Indeed, the ministry is working to create a legal, institutional, and functional framework for start-ups, as well as a roadmap for financing these enterprises.
