Abstract

A high-efficient synchronous rectifier in the receivers, which controls the duty cycle of the rectifier to modulate the load voltage, is proposed in this paper. The proposed rectifier can be utilized to reduce the conduction loss of the switching devices, and to control the load voltage with a simple control circuit. Thus, the load voltage of multiple rectifiers, which are connected in parallel each other, can be regulated for uniformly powering of the receivers under multiple wireless charging condition.
