Abstract

: In this proceeding, two services are going to be evaluated in the LIbrary Network of CSIC: Interlibrary Loan Service and Reference Service. Current data are provided of both services, and conclusions about the quality of this services are taken from them. The Interlibrary Loan Service seems to be strongly consolidated with positive results, but in the Reference Service there is still a long way to walk.
