The article focuses on the issues of new generation leadership, its role and challenges. The challenges of a modern leader are primarily dealing with difficulties related to the VUCA environment, the space created by modern technologies, or the future outlined by Industry 5.0. These challenges can create both difficulties, constraints and opportunities.
