The system developed here consists of three core simulation models and the expert system mentioned as follows, 1). Traffic Flow Simulation Model; It is micro simulation model which is based on MICSTRANII. 2). Noise Prediction Simulation Model; It predicts the noise levels at any roadside point in simulation networks, by using the output of 1). 3). Emission Prediction Simulation Model; It predicts the air pollution levels on any road link in simulation networks by using the output of 1). 4). Expert System; It includes the database which are input and output data on simulation models and various countermeasures.
