A bidirectional feature modeling method combining forward reasoning and reverse validation is proposed to diagnose faults, and fault transition sets are defined to record fault propagation paths to prevent the recurrence of fault transition. Abstract

In flexible manufacturing system, the tool system is the main tool for metal cutting. Whether the tool system is used optimally, whether the scheduling is reasonable and whether the management is perfect will have a great impact on the utilization rate, production efficiency and production quality of the whole flexible manufacturing system. 基于模糊Petri网的柔性制造工具系统故障诊断方法
