Abstract

Urban block is the outdoor living space with high concentration of urban residents, and a good microenvironment of the block is the precondition to improve people's outdoor comfort. In order to comprehensively evaluate the influence of block morphological parameters on the block microenvironment, four typical blocks of Xinjiekou, Nanjing were selected to carry out simulation calculation with the microclimate simulation software ENVI-met. 街区形态参数对街区微环境的影响——以南京市新街口区为例
城市街区是城市居民高度集中的户外生活空间,良好的街区微环境是提高人们户外舒适度的前提。为了综合评价街区形态参数对街区微环境的影响,选取南京新街口4个典型街区,利用微气候模拟软件ENVI-met进行模拟计算。结果表明,以容积率、绿化率和纵横比为代表的地块形状参数对地块热微环境有显著影响。高容积率、高绿化率和高纵横比的街区具有较好的热微环境。
