This device is developed with display system as user indicator to print out item information read from database and keypad input for data retrieval into memory storage. This device also developed for handheld features which is has medium size that portable to the user to bring anywhere without limitation. A few analyses were conducted based on the endurance testing in term of performance, accuracy and efficiency. Abstract

A current technology storage management system has an obvious weakness in the terminal data gathering because they contain no feature of real-time and automatic data retrieval.
