Efficient management of the installation batch allows you to get production approval on the first attempt with minimal production preparation time. Abstract

The article discusses the issues of fulfilling the list of special (especially responsible) quality characteristics of a new automotive component based on planning verification of the pre-production process. The main tool for confirming the quality of the preparation of production was the positive result of the release of the installation batch of the automotive component.
