Methodology: The study adopted a positivism research philosophy and explanatory research design as appropriate methodology for the study. The units of analysis for the study comprised of five managers from different management levels and departments from each of the 40 commercial banks in Kenya. Questionnaires were used for data collection. The collected data was analyzed using inferential and descriptive statistics.Findings The study findings indicated that there was positive and statistically significant relationship between information systems and m-commerce performance. The path coefficient was positive and significant at 0.05 level, t-value of 2.031, p-value =0.043.
