Abstract

康复护理对髋部骨折患者康复运动及功能恢复依从性的影响研究

目的:分析康复护理对髋部骨折患者康复运动依从性及功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我院(厦门市康复医院)2021年10月至2023年3月收治的髋部骨折患者80例作为研究对象。随机分组后，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予康复护理。分析不同护理方案对患者康复训练依从性、功能恢复及生活质量的积极影响。结果:观察组患者康复依从性高于对照组(P < 0.05);两组患者护理前髋关节功能恢复评分相近(P > 0.05)，且观察组护理后评分显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:康复护理能有效提高髋部骨折患者对康复训练的依从性，进一步提高患者的功能恢复，提高患者的生活质量，护理效果较为理想。
