Abstract
The concrete strength distribution may be treated as the normal distribution. This paper carries out the standard deviation comparison reflecting the total coefficient of variation (CV) for the concretes of different generations with different strength, and proposes the conclusion that the assurance rate of the standard value of concrete strength in China (95%) has been in line with the international standards.
