Abstract

Artificial stone is composite of unsaturated polyester and calcium carbonate that is mostly synthesized. This study aimed to investigate the effect of additives on shrinkage property of Unsaturated Polyester (UP) and mechanical properties of artificial stone such as flexural strength, impact strength, and hardness.
