There were 6 hypotheses developed in this study. This study was conducted using survey questionnaire data in Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi and Bogor area. The findings of this study are privacy and time risk has a negative effect on satisfaction and the satisfaction has a positive effect on trust.
