In fuzzy front end, co-generating requirements and analyzing them are critical to develop smart PSS successfully. Based on research gap analysis in present studies, this article has proposed a novel M-V-F model to co-generate requirements for smart PSS from stakeholder value flow network. Its requirements can be composited by three aspects: value system, key factor and marketable form. Since the interrelation and interaction between requirements, these captured requirements are rated by a revised rough-DEMATEL method to reduce information loss in decision-making process. Abstract
In the SSME (Service Science, Management and Engineering) discipline, smart product-service system (PSS) as a fresh type of PSS has been transcending the scope of conventional PPS, as well as value co-creation is becoming an attractive manner and way for smart PSS.
