A Study On Essential Functions For Advanced In Service Operation

Abstract

When expanding advanced intelligent network (IN) services, they have to co-operate closely with operations systems (OpS) to maintain customer-defined services and to provide a high quality network for customers. It is important to clarify operations functions that are related to the advanced IN. Advanced IN service creation mechanisms and service deployment methods have been studied and developed by many communications providers. For rapid service introduction, the development of advanced IN operations functions must keep up with service creation. This paper describes advanced IN service operations functions, such as advanced IN surveillance and network-wide testing, and operations scenarios, which are a kind of logic program, execution and creation environments that allow rapid development of operations functions.
