Abstract

Granite wastes are generated from granite polishing industry or granite cutting industry. Disposal of granite waste is a major problem. As the granite waste is reactive it cannot be disposed into land which increases land pollution. As per world health organization report production of cement concrete accounts to about 5 % of the man made pollution for global warming.
