Abstract

The emergence of the pandemic generated by COVID-19 has led to a significant reduction in fundamental freedoms, which, although justified as part of the fight against the pathogen, in some situations certain red lines have been crossed. This implies the need to recover the statu quo ante and generate a return to the principles of respect for human rights and to consider a global strategy on what has been called “the post-COVID-19 universe”.
