Crime Site Examination Features in Criminal Cases on Cyber Fraud

Abstract

The article reviews some tactical problems and solutions related to crime site examination in criminal cases on cyber fraud caused by specifics of the reviewed crime. The authors also analyze a number of difficulties arising in the investigator’s work and related to identification, withdrawal and recording of traces including material ones.
