Abstract
Facing the widely popular mobile phone software for taxi and the increasingly rich passengers' personalized demand, the optimization model of Taxi-Carpooling expenses is established which based on the passengers' preference, taking both taxi-driver and passengers' benefits into fully consideration. Based on the degree of satisfaction that passengers would pay for their own share, the model is made with the objective function aiming at maximum degree of satisfaction and minimum consumption of money. In view of its features, the theoretical model is further developed comparing the expenses in theory with that under existing conditions. The results show that this model can meet the need of both passengers and taxi-driver.
