Abstract

Liability insurance is one of the types of insurance contract that all legislations have organized and for various actions to pay the liability on the part of the responsible and to facilitate compensation for the injured on the other hand, the view of the importance and danger of some businesses and their prevalence, the legislation tended to subject them or those in charge of them to the obligation to conclude an insurance contract, including (construction works) Some of the comparative legislations have taken the obligatory nature of insurance and its provisions are regulated by special texts that differ from what is prescribed in the general rules of insurance in view of the importance and seriousness of the damages that result from those acts. In order to understand the topic of the research, I divided it into two sections, the first, in which I dealt with the content of compulsory insurance for construction works, and the second for the effects of compulsory insurance for construction works.
