Methods for creating Intelligent transportation systems using dynamic microlevel model of the city based on a qualitative correspondence matrix

Abstract

The main condition for the effective development of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) at the state level is a comprehensive and inextricable implementation, including a legal and technical basis. The article analyzes the work carried out on the implementation of intelligent transportation systems in the Republic of Kazakhstan and presents proposals for the design of ITS by creating a dynamic transport microlevel model of the city formed on the basis of a qualitative correspondence matrix.
