Abstract
In the process of medium- and long-term time-of-trading, electricity consumers need to adjust their electricity purchase behavior according to their own characteristics in order to reduce their electricity costs and respond to the incentives of the power system. Therefore, this paper applies the theory of electricity demand elasticity and consumer psychology, considers the load characteristics of electricity users, and constructs a model of customers’ electricity purchasing behavior considering time-sharing tariff and demand response to study the optimization of electricity purchasing behavior of electricity users.
