Abstract
Circuit design features of integrated active band-pass RC and RLC filters with low pole-Q and pole-fp sensitivity are considered. The architectures of RC and RLC filters on base of current amplifiers are discussed. Circuits and simulation results of the integrated filters on IHP 0.25 μm SiGe process are given.
