Abstract

The firing in furnaces of modern high-power steam generators results in formation and atmospheric emission of a plenty of parasitic toxic substances, in particular nitric oxides (NO/sub x/) and sulphur dioxide (SO/sub 2/). In this connection the consideration of possibility of using effective and rather cheap ways of flue gas treating is actual.
