Abstract

We have developed the momentum method towards a study of multi-component spatial solitons dynamics in photorefractive media. It allows us to describe both an excitation of the soliton intrinsic degrees of freedom associated with the oscillations of centres of gravity of the beams making up the soliton and soliton interaction with interface between two nonlinear media.
