Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of notarial activities in the context of restrictive measures introduced in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, in particular, analyses the prospects for the development of electronic notarial services, and examines the issues of criminal liability for the public dissemination of false information in the context of the protective function of a notary.
