Abstract

The concepts of the accuracy of evaluating the parameters of roughness, an integral part of quality control of products, are analyzed. Measurements of roughness parameters do not allow obtaining their true values. For this, along with the obtained measurement result, it is necessary to indicate the measurement error. Uncertainty is investigated, which, in contrast to the error, has a progressive nature and is used as an assessment of the reliability of measurement results. By introducing measurement uncertainty into the calibration of a device for measuring roughness, it is possible to increase the measurement accuracy, and as a result, improve the performance of products. The main provisions of the proposed study can be taken as the basis for the development of metrological recommendations for factory laboratories.
提高机械制造零件表面粗糙度参数控制的精度
