Monitoring acceleration process of missile in the hybrid electromagnetic launcher with use of FPGA module

Abstract

The paper presents monitoring acceleration process of missile in the hybrid electromagnetic launcher with use of FPGA module. The elaborated system enables us to measure charging and discharging voltages and currents of a capacitor batteries supplying the electromagnetic modules. It allows us also to measure velocity of the missile process. The presented monitoring system employs the CompactRIO 9022 controller with FPGA module.
