MATLAB simulations have been used to evaluate the performance of CACR with particular emphasis on probability of call blocking and handover failure. Abstract

The rapidly increasing number of cellular mobile users and services increases the cellular mobile spectrum scarcity problem of the fixed cellular mobile spectrum (CMS).
