Abstract
La sentencia objeto de estudio trata sobre una problemática poco frecuente en el ámbito de las relaciones de trabajo, la discriminación por razón de parentesco; es decir, por la vinculación, de hecho o de derecho, con otro trabajador de la empresa. Frente a la alegación de haber sido discriminada la persona trabajadora despedida por dicho motivo, la sentencia procede al examen detallado del caso y concluye que no existe tal discriminación, tanto por no haber quedado acreditados los indicios de aquella, como por la normalidad real de tales relaciones familiares en empresas de pequeña dimensión, y tal era el caso de la empresa en la que se produjo el conflicto.
