Abstract
The High School Equivalency Program (HEP) is a national initiative, funded by the U.S. Department of Education that helps migrant workers obtain high school equivalency diplomas. Wake Technical Community College?s HEP program recently transitioned to a fully online model supported by the use of the Adobe Connect web conferencing software, providing immediate benefits to both instructors and students.
