A Method for Statistical Evaluation of Autoradiographs

Abstract

The method of statistical evaluation of the autoradiograph of alloys samples has been presented. It has been shown that each structure has a different statistical distribution of one of the components. Base on that it is possible to determine the phase diagram and to identify the kind of the alloy structure and the way of its constitution.
