Abstract

Our recent experimental results of hollow core Bragg fiber fabrication and measurement are shown in this paper. Using a hollow-core Bragg fiber with the fundamental band around 3000 cm−1, the absorption peak of methane can be observed clearly, showing its potential as a compact sample cell for trace gas sensing.
